Boeing 727-200F

The Boeing 727-200F is a freighter variant of the 727 Family. It can either be a purpose built freighter or a passenger aircraft that was converted into a freighter. The Boeing 727-200F shares the same characteristics as a conventional 727-200 with it's three, rear-mounted engines and 'T' shaped tail along with a very low ground clearance due to having 'clean' or 'engine-less' wings'. The Boeing 727-200F is no longer in production nor are passenger 727-200 aircraft being converted to freighters. Most aircraft are no longer in service due to more efficient and younger cargo aircraft being available; because of this, almost all Boeing 727-200F aircraft have been retired or scrapped.

A Boeing 727-200(A)(F) indicates that it is a 727-200 Advanced (a sub-variant of the 727-200 that had multiple improvements) and that it was a passenger aircraft that was converted into a freighter.
