The Bombardier CRJ-705 is a regional aircraft designed by Bombardier and is part of the CRJ family of airplanes. It is a sub-variant of the CRJ-900 as it is the same aircraft just with a limit of 75 seats. The CRJ-705 is a niche aircraft serving specific requirements for regional and mainline airlines. The CRJ-705 offers better airspeed and flight times over turbo-prop aircraft alongside similar or more seat capacity. The CRJ-705 is still in production however due to it's niche market and that a regular CRJ-900 holds more seats, it's demand is low to non-existent.
