The De Havilland Canada DHC-8-300 (Dash 8 - Series 300) is a medium regional turboprop aircraft and is a stretched variant of the DHC-8-100/200 variants. The stretched fuselage allows for additional seating but sacrifices range when compared to the DHC-8-100/200. The DHC-8-300 is typically found on rural or commuter routes where there is light to medium demand. The DHC-8-300 is no longer in production.
